Greenspace's LiveEPC builds on top of BRE's Simplified Building Energy Model ( SBEM ) . The starting point is getting a Green Building Extensible Markup Language ( GBXML ) file for your building which can be exported from modelling tools such as Autodesk Revit, Graphisoft Archicad, and Bentley Architecture
